Ermioni is a charming old town approximately 12kms from Porto Heli. It has a population of around c 2,500 and is situated on a small strip of land that points out to sea. Lovely restaurants with great food. This property is just outside Ermioni in the tranquility of the hills and has some wonderful views. It was built in 2003 and finished to a very high standard. The Country House

This property was built under the supervision of the current owner. It has solar panels for water heating and central heating throughout (with a diesel fired boiler) plus a wood burning stove in the lounge.
