Kitchen. The kitchen units are made to order by a local carpenter and have built in appliances, i.e. oven, fridge, dishwasher. A terrace outside the kitchen is covered by a pergola.

Living room. This is a large spacious area with lovely views over the garden and the sea French windows open onto the terrace and an open fireplace is positioned between the windows on the southern wall

Main terrace. The 1st part of the terrace is covered by a pergola approx 38sqm and the rest spreads out around the swimming pool and the barbecue area.

Construction. The house is of the Argolida design from a well established architect and is in keeping with the locale. Typical construction methods and materials of the area have been used and the highest standards applied. The basic construction is a reinforced concrete frame with clay brick insulated exterior and interior walls, plastered throughout. Terracotta tiles are laid on the ground floor, first floor and terraces. The roof is timber framed with Byzantine tiles. Windows are wood with traditional wooden shutters, marble window ledges and exterior cornice moulding.

Utilities. There is oil fired central heating. The house is wired for air-conditioning units. It has mains electricity, a 28,000 litre capacity water tank situated under the terrace and has soak away drainage.
